Our strength to overcome compliance issues was of paramount importance to this project. We spearheaded strategic planning sessions with relevant consultants and lead the negotiation with the local council to ensure a suitable agreement for our clients was achieved. In addition, this property was heavily impacted by overland flow and plagued with easements along three boundaries. We provided a solution that mitigated these elements to the greatest extent possible while honouring the client’s desire for an aesthetically pleasing design. With the intention of being an investment property, this modern attached two-storey dual occupancy combines an incomparable design with functionality to appeal to a range of homebuyers.
